Services
We provide software development services including web and SaaS applications, payment integration, PWAs, Telegram Mini Apps, and AI-generated video and image content.
Quotes and Payment
Each project is quoted individually based on scope. A deposit is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment terms are confirmed in the project proposal before any work commences.
Project Scope and Revisions
Revision cycles are defined in the plan or proposal you select. Work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges and will be quoted before being carried out.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own 100% of the code, designs, video assets, and documentation produced for your project. We retain ownership of our internal tools, frameworks, and pipelines. No recurring royalties apply.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, required information, and access to necessary systems so we can deliver on schedule. Delays in providing these may shift delivery dates.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date, and deliverables produced to that point will be transferred to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
